The National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation ("NPCF") is honored that you (the "Sponsor") have chosen our organization as the beneficiary of your fundraising efforts. We thank you for your commitment to helping us in our mission to support patients, and create hope, faith and courage for the pancreatic cancer community. In order to avoid any misunderstandings and to ensure your fundraiser is a positive experience for all concerned, this Third Party Event and License Agreement (the "Agreement"), sets forth the terms and conditions regarding (i) the responsibilities of you and us regarding the organization and holding of the Event (as defined below), and (ii) how you may use NPCF's name, logo and other trademarks (collectively, the "Trademarks") in connection with the Event.
