THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 12 day of November, 2003 by and between the County of Morris, a County Government of the State of New Jersey, the Office of the Sheriff of Morris County, hereinafter referred to as the Employer and the Morris County Policemen's Benevolent Association, Local 298, hereinafter referred to as the Association, is the final and complete understanding between the Employer and the Association on all negotiable issues and as such will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the Employer and those of its employees who are subject to this Agreement in order that a more efficient and progressive public service be rendered.
