Description of the Parties: Complainant is a person with a disability who has an assistance animal, as well as being a parent or person with custody of minor children. Following an investigation, the Commission found there was probable cause to believe Respondents discriminated against Complainant on the basis of her disability by refusing to make a reasonable accommodation for her assistance animal, which resulted in different terms and conditions of rental based on disability.
