College of the Mainland (“COM” or “College”), a public institution of higher education, in the County of Galveston, in the State of Texas, and Friendswood Independent School District (“School District” or “high school”) agree to enter into a partnership to offer dual credit courses to eligible students, which will allow them to earn college credit while simultaneously earning credit toward their high school graduation requirements.
