Consultant shall provide to the California State University a standard geotechnical and geologic seismic investigation and report, for the purpose of providing the project architect and his structural engineer adequate information to design the subject project to meet all current codes and physical conditions. Reasonable and normal interface with the project architect will be required as part of this service. This agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the following work at the project site, which shall be considered Phase I of a possible two phase service.
