This Maintenance, Hosting and Support Agreement is made and entered into by and between AppInst Limited (company number 07881464) trading as AppInstitute (“AppInstitute”) and customer who is a purchaser of AppInstitute software or services (“Customer”). This Maintenance, Hosting and Support Agreement does not supersede or replace any terms of the proposal or sales agreement or any other document attached to any project proposal.
