THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into by the City of Lake Worth, Texas ("Lake Worth"), a home rule municipality of the State of Texas, and the City of Fort Worth, Texas, ("Fort Worth"), a home rule municipality of the State of Texas ( collectively, the "Parties"), each acting by and through its duly appointed and authorized representatives.
