This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of January 2002 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Wood County Telephone Company (“Wood County”) with offices at 440 East Grand Avenue, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495 and Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, as agent for SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, jointly d/b/a Sprint PCS (“SPCS”) with offices at 6160 Sprint Parkway, Bldg. 9, Overland Park, Kansas 66251.
