This Limited Warranty is made by TBC Brands, LLC (“TBC Brands”) & applies to the Sigma® passenger & light truck tires listed below. The original purchaser is entitled to the benefits of this limited warranty unless a warranty exclusion applies or the purchaser has failed to comply with this Limited Warranty’s use, maintenance, or tire rotation requirements.
