This Master Subscription Agreement is between the entity You represent and You confirm that You have the authority to bind the entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions, in which case the term “Customer” shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If You do not have such authority or You do not accept these terms and conditions, then do not accept this agreement and You may not use the services. This Agreement is between You (the Customer) – individually, or an entity or affiliates lawfully designated by You and Glotelligence Ltd (the Supplier).
