The “Client” means: the person named as the client in the Rental Agreement.April 4th, 2018
The “Vehicle” means: the vehicle described on the Rental Agreement (including all tyres, tools, equipment, accessories and documents in and on the vehicle at the renting location) and includes any replacements for the vehicle which has been officially authorised by MCK. Reference to the Rental Agreement shall be the Rental Agreement signed by the client at the time of vehicle collection and shall form part hereof.
