This ACS Consulting Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made this 26th day of April, 2021, between Urquidez Educational Consulting Services Ltd. dba Academic Consulting Services, of 5440 Harvest Hill Road, Suite 234, Dallas, Texas 75230, (hereinafter “ACS” or the “Consultant”) and International Leadership of Texas, Inc., of 1651 N. Glenville Drive, Suite 215, Richardson, Texas 75081 (hereinafter “ILTexas” or the “Client”) (and collectively, the “Parties”).
