The attached WELLTM Certification Agreement (the “Certification Agreement”) was entered into by and between the project owner and Green Business Certification Inc., a United States non-profit corporation registered in the District of Columbia with a principal business address located at 2101 L Street, NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20037, USA (“GBCI”). The Certification Agreement was entered into for the purposes of pursuing WELL Certification with respect to the project. The project, project owner, and applicable fees, which are payable to IWBI China (HK) Limited, a Hong Kong limited company (“IWBI”), pursuant to invoices issued by IWBI and delivered to project owner by GBCI on behalf of IWBI, are identified herein.
