This Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”) is entered into on March , 2016 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Capitol Area Development Authority, a joint powers agency ("CADA"), the Capitol Area Community Development Corporation, a non-profit public benefit corporation ("CACDC"), and CFY Development Inc., a California corporation (“CFY”). CADA, the CACDC, and CFY are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
