Reference is made to those certain Convertible Promissory Notes in the aggregate principal amount of $1,230,000 (the “Notes”), by and between NanoVibronix, Inc. (the “Company”) and the lenders named therein (collectively, the “Lenders”, and each, a “Lender”).
