This Registrar Accreditation Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into by and between Taiwan Network Information Center ("Party A") and ("Party B"). Party A, in accordance with Paragraph 7, Article 20-1 of the Telecommunications Act, under the authorization of its competent authority, and pursuant to the Taiwan Network Information Center Guideline for Registrar Accreditation set forth by Party A, hereby accredits Party B to provide domain name registration services as a registrar. The Parties agree as follows:
