Participant of the Spring Adventures 2024 hereby agree(s) to indemnify, release and hold harmless CAMERON COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT #1 (hereafter CCDD #1) from and against any and all claims, causes of actions, claims for monetary damages, including attorney's fees, or for contribution or indemnity and the reasonable and necessary costs, including attorney's fees, incurred in defense of any such claim or claims that may at any time be made or brought against CCDD because of or arising out of the use of the Cascade Park or surrounding CCDD#I property for its sports and recreational activities and purposes.
