This Scheduling Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the earlier of the effective date listed in the applicable Order, or Customer's first use of the Services ("Effective Date"), by and between Whiterabbit.ai, Inc. having its principal place of business at 3930 Freedom Cir, Ste 101, Santa Clara, CA 95054, USA ("WR") and the Customer listed in the Order who is purchasing the Services ("Customer").
