THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 1st day of July, 2012, between the MARYSVILLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the "Board", and the MARYSVILLE FOOD SERVICE EMPLOYEES, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", and replaces any and all prior agreements between the aforesaid parties.
