Oak Street, Juneau, WI 53039, and CLR Fire and Rescue Group, a municipal sub-unit entity formed and organized pursuant to an Intergovernmental Agreement, per Chapter 66 of the Wisconsin Statutes, with a mailing address of P.O. Box 46, Reeseville, Wisconsin 53579 (“CLR Fire and Rescue Group” or “Grantee”), collectively, the “Parties”.
