District, hereinafter referred to as the “District”, a regional water and sewer district organized pursuant to Chapter 6119 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the City of Rossford, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, a chartered municipal corporation organized pursuant to Chapter 701 of the Ohio Revised Code. This agreement shall be effective on January 1, 2011 at which time the District will assume the operation and maintenance of the water management facilities and waste water facilities currently owned and maintained by the City.
