THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Express Title Financial Corporation d/b/a Title Pawn Express in Alabama and d/b/a Express Telephone Service in Florida, a Florida corporation, (“Express Title”) and shall be deemed effective as of November 30, 1999. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Express Title or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
