This agreement, when signed by the customer and an authorized Blue Ridge Electric Membership Corporation (Cooperative) representative, will be a contract under which the Cooperative agrees to furnish the outdoor lighting service indicated below to the customer and the customer agrees to pay for the service in accordance with the terms specified in the Cooperative’s Outdoor Lighting (OL) rate schedule and Service Rules and Regulations; the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
