The undersigned purchaser understands and agrees that Gordon Truck Centers Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,with regard to the products purchased; and that in no event shall GordonTruck Centers Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages or commercial losses arising out of such purchase. This disclaimer does not affect the manufacturer's warranties, if any on this purchase. Extended warranties are available for purchase at time of sale but are not included unless otherwise stated in the Vehicle Purchase Agreement. Tax, title and license are the purchaser's responsibility.
