Contractor/Sub-contractors, Suppliers, Material Men, etc., shall be advised of the following building rules and regulations concerning their proper conduct within the building. All referenced material, labor, services, taxes, after hour’s costs, shipping, permits, fees or construction and/or other reference processes performed by Contractor, shall be hereinafter referred to as "Work." When AIA Document A107 is the contract, the "Owner," "Landlord" and "Building Management" may be one and the same.
