This Academic Program Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between College of Southern Maryland (the “Sending Institution”) and University of Baltimore (the “Receiving Institution”) (collectively, the “Institutions”) to facilitate the transfer of academic credits from Associate of Arts in General Studies: Media Studies for the completion of the B.A. in Digital Communications (the “Program(s)”).
