This Agreement governs the Undersigned customer’s (the “Undersigned”) account at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated (“Morgan Stanley”). “You” and “your” refer to Morgan Stanley & Co. To the extent not inconsistent with any margin agreement executed by the Undersigned, this agreement is in addition to and supplements any such margin agreement which shall remain in full force and effect.
