These Brand Exploit Protect Terms and Conditions (the “BEP Terms”) govern Customer’s use of Mimecast’s Brand Exploit Protect services (the “BEP Services”) and are an addendum to and form part of the Agreement (defined below). By ordering the Brand Exploit Protect Services via a Services Order, Customer expressly agrees that its use of theBEP Services is subject both to these BEP Terms and the services agreement which is in place between the parties or which will be executed concurrently with these BEP Terms (the “Agreement”).
