These terms apply to the clients of Commerzbank AG (DIFC Branch) (the "Bank" or "we") in the Du- bai International Financial Centre ("DIFC"). These terms (the "Agreement"), form a Client Agreement between [insert name of Client] (the "Client") and the Bank for the purposes of the Conduct of Busi- ness Module of the Dubai Financial Services Au- thority ("DFSA") Rulebook. This Agreement, along with any other terms which the Client has entered into with the Bank, Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt and/or any Commerzbank AG branch in connec- tion with the Services (as defined below), govern your relationship with the Bank.
