The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Crisis Center of the Plains (“Grantee”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” to that certain Family Violence Program Residential and Non-residential Services Contract dated September 1, 2019, and denominated as HHSC Contract No. HHS000380000026 (the “Contract”), as previously amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
