As a condition to participating in Global Montello Group Corp.’s (“Channel Partner”) Voyager Fleet Card program, the undersigned Fleet Owner (“Fleet Owner”) hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein as of the date Fleet Owner executes this Fleet Owner Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
