This document sets forth the Department of the Defense (DoD) Software License Requirements. Licensor’s Software License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This document, including the Software License Agreement attached as Exhibit A: Software License and Services Agreement and Exhibit B: Denodo Support Guide constitutes the Agreement between the Denodo Technologies Inc. (Licensor) and the DoD. The terms and conditions set out below in these Software License Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A and Exhibit B. For clarification in this agreement, Publisher and Licensor are synonymous.
