The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Employer and the Association. It provides means for the settlement of grievances and for the final settlement of disputes. Salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment are established under this Agreement. It is recognized that nurses wish to work co-operativelywith the Employer to provide the best possible public health services.
