This Collective Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees. It is the desire of both parties to co-operate in maintaininga satisfactory relationship between the Employer and its employees, and to provide an amicable method of settling any difference or grievance relating to the general working conditions, which may arisefrom time to time.
