THIS TRUST AGREEMENT is executed as of this 14th day of May 2003, by the Retirement Board (“Board”) of the Municipal Employees’ Retirement System of Michigan (hereinafter referred to as “MERS”). This Trust Agreement was restated as of December 31, 2005, and has since been amended on November 12, 2009, July 13, 2011, February 28, 2019, and June 27, 2019.
