THIS AMENDED AGREEMENT (the “Amended Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of March, 2017 by and between the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District, a local district and political subdivision of the state of Utah (the “District”), and Salt Lake County, a body corporate and politic and a legal subdivision of the state of Utah (the “County”). The District and the County may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
