This Contract is being entered into this 1st day of August 2019, by and between Illinois Central School Bus, LLC d/b/a Wisconsin Central School Bus, LLC (“Contractor”) and the Milwaukee Board of School Directors (“MPS”), a school district organized and operating pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes. This Contract is the result of an open competitive procurement, specifically Request for Bid (“RFB”) 5781. Contractor shall further be held to the “General Specifications and Operating Procedures”, (the “Specifications”), attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated by reference.
