This section provides details of the mandatory requirements that Suppliers shall be expected to fulfil in there entirety under Lot 1 in order to meet the Goods and Service delivery requirements of this Framework Agreement. It is important that Suppliers take time to fully understand this important part of the service delivery requirements, as all mandatory requirements as listed below shall be required to commence from the implementation of the Call-Off Agreements with the Contracting Body(s).
