It is the desire of both parties to set forth reasonable and fair terms and conditions of employment and to specify within this Collective Agreement the entitlement of those occasional teachers covered by this Collective Agreement as to salary, conditions of employment, and other matters mutually agreed to, all of which constitute the entire negotiated Collective Agreement between the parties hereto.
