This Economic Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation (“BEDC”) acting by and through its Board of Directors, a Texas nonprofit corporation organized under the Development Corporation Act of 1979, codified in Subtitle C1 of Title 12 of the Texas Local Government Code (Chapters 501 through 505) (the “Act”), and JVEP Commerce Centre, LLC (“JVEP”) (collectively, “the Parties”).
