The undersigned does hereby guarantee payment and responsibility for the above-mentioned Tenant(s) for all sums of money due pursuant to the terms of the referenced Lease Agreement. The undersigned acknowledges that this Guarantee Agreement is executed for the purpose of causing the Landlord of the Unit to rely thereon and to lease the Unit noted above to Tenant(s). The undersigned further acknowledges that this Guarantee Agreement remains valid and attaches to any Lease Renewals and/or Lease extensions of Lease for same said Unit.
