This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between NJMP Management, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability (NJMP) whose name appears on the signature line hereto (NJMP) and the Exhibitor/Vendor/Vendor whose name appears on the signature line hereto (the “Exhibitor/Vendor/Vendor”) and is effective as of the date accepted by the NJMP .
