INSTRUCTIONS: The following operational lease must be signed by both parties, Lessee and Lessor, and uploaded to the IRP online system or presented to the Transportation Cabinet’s Division of Motor Carriers for title and registration of the leased motor vehicle described below. The operational lease is required any time the Lessor information changes or has been updated. SECTION 1: PARTY DEFINITIONS LESSEE: The Lessee refers to the “registrant” and is the Owner/International Registration Plan account holder of the vehicle described below and is duly authorized and empowered to execute this agreement.
