My child, , is not yet 18-years-old and will participate in the Yale University (“Yale”) Yale Summer Session from 5/29/23-6/30/23 or 7/3/23-8/4/23 (circle one), (the “Program”). Yale Summer Session provides academically rigorous and innovative undergraduate courses to Yale and visiting students across platforms and around the world. Students come to Yale Summer Session to take Yale College Courses in New Haven and live in Yale’s residential colleges. This document (“Agreement”) covers all aspects of my child’s participation in the Program. In this Agreement, “Yale” means Yale, its trustees, officers, employees, trainees, students, volunteers, and agents.
