This Submission Agreement shall govern the submission of scripts and other materials (collectively, the “Material”) submitted by you (“Writer”) to The Black List, LLC (“Black List”) and Women in Film (“WIF”) in connection with The 2019 Black List / Women In Film Women Writers Residency (the “Program”). Black List and WIF and their respective sponsors, affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns and the employees, officers, directors, board members, members, independent contractors, agents, and representatives of each of the foregoing are referred to herein individually and collectively as “Company.” As used herein the term “Writer” includes all writers listed on the Material.
