The parties have previously entered into the Agreement, which includes the Schedule, the Credit Support Annex (as amended from time to time) and all Confirmations exchanged between the parties confirming the Transactions (or Swap Transactions) thereunder (the “Agreement”). The parties have now agreed to amend the Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Amendment (the “Amendment”).
