Position Title: Club Manager Status: Full Time Staff Member: Responsible To: Operations Manager Terms of Employment: PCYC Enterprise Agreement Enterprise Agreement Classification: Club Manager Purpose of Position: In partnership with NSW Police Youth Case Managers, to lead the team of staff and volunteers to engage with the community to deliver a range of programmes and activities. Duties:  Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club Committee, Police Officer(s), Club members, Zone Commander, General Manager Club Operations, young people visiting the Club, venue users, volunteers and the wider community Maintain an understanding of professional areas of responsibilities Identify and achieve annual professional development goals Schedule Club operating hours to maximise facility usage and satisfy community needs. Roster club staff (non Police), including yourself, in accordance with operating hours to ensuring effective club coverage. Facilitate and support
