Durham County has expressed that they are pleased with the level of service provided by SWM over this last year in the collection of their recycling. Both parties continue to envision this Inter-local agreement as an opportunity to build a lasting partnership between the two governmental agencies and agree to extend the original ILA for an additional two years.
