The undersigned agrees to save, release, hold harmless, unconditionally indemnify and forever defend Bowhunting Ohio Whitetails, LLC (BOW), Trailhead Ventures, LLC (THV) and their officers, members, directors, agents, and volunteers against any and all liability, costs, expenses, claims, actions, demands and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, which BOW and/or THV may at any time suffer or sustain or become liable by reason of any accidents, damages or other injuries, either to the person or property, or both, of hunter, or of any other parties, in any matter arising from the agreement or hunting operations performed hereunder, including but not limited to any alleged acts, negligent act, or omission of BOW and/or THV.
