This Platform as a Service (PaaS) Subscription Agreement (including the Glossary and all Schedules and Exhibits, Statements of Work and Subscription Agreements, collectively, this “Agreement”) are the terms of service under which 4IR Technologies Ltd. (“4IR”) agrees to grant the customer (“Customer”) access to and use of the 4IR Services, Introductory PaaS Service, and Beta Releases (as defined below).
